Babe Towne, a former Western League player was named manager for 1915. He put together a pretty strong team.

When Kearney and Columbus dropped out of the league, Towne was quick to pick up some of their best players. He picked up catcher Cambell, outfielder Carrig and pitcher Klonz of Kearney. He also picked up pitcher Corey of Columbus.

Harry Smith was a regular pitcher for the Drummers.
