The team was fifth in both batting and fielding for the year. They would improve in 1911 to win the pennant two games ahead of Fremont. The team did not have a batter with an average over .300 for the year and none of their fielders were in the top ten in the league.
The Superior Daily Express was a strong supporter of baseball in 1910. They provided daily articles about the team and games.
Opening day saw a parade of 60 automobiles, led by the Marcotte Juvenile Band. The band had 29 musicians dressed in white duck trousers and bright red coats and caps purchased from M. L. Pierce.
Roster:
Infield:
Bockewitz  (Bochwitz in the picture above) was a stalwart 
at first base for Superior in 1910.  He averaged .238 for the year. The 
Reach guide for 1911 spelled his name two different ways. 
The middle of the infield was split between Hargis  (26 
games, .243), 
Brophy  and Landis  (38 games, .233).
Third sack was held down by Clark.He played 61 games at 
third and 37 at short. He had a .269 average for the year. He was sold to 
the Wichita team at the end of the season.  In addition  
Barney Blue  played 45 games at third for the Brickmakers 
and averaged .210 for the season.
Short stop was Warner for 52 games. He played in 99 games 
total and averaged .199.
Catching duties for the year were split between 
Bratley  who played the position for 59 games and averaged .174 
and   Spellman  who played 49 games at catcher.
Outfield
A stalwart in the outfield was Allen. He led the team 
in 
batting with a .289 average. This was good enough for 10th in the 
league. He was followed by Cole  who 
played in 66 games in the garden and averaged .285 for the year. In 
addition a bunch of other players took turns in the weed patch. These 
include; Snyder (30, .216), Brown, Landis, Warner, Gibson (.175) and 
Colbert. 
Pitchers:
Ellis  was their top pitcher for the year with a 20-9 
record and 164 k's. He also played some games in the outfield for the 
Brickmakers and had a .203 batting average.
Gibson was second in the rotation and managed a 13-9 record with 116k's for the season.
Justus was 14-13 for the year with 142 k's and Snyder was 4-11 for the year. Nebraska State League Standings 1910
